I think it's quite good for ONLY "30 minutes of screwing around"!

For feedback, I think the biggest opportunity is in the drums. The kick could be hitting harder, helping to lock in the groove. Sidechaining the kick to the bass to get a bit of pumping effect would add to that groove, and make the kick feel clear and punchy.

And the same could be said for the snare, to a lesser extent. I think the snare could also use some reverb (on a separate FX channel, with the dry snare sidechained to it), to give it more of a sense of space and deepen the dimension of the song.
